Guest guest
All this talk of dismemberment the past week must of done it. Last night while sleeping in between my hubby and my daughter (camping) I had my arms and legs transposed. It was one of the weirdest feelings I have ever had. It didn't last real long and I didn't panic (for once). I was a slightly dizzying feeling and I felt as though I was levitating off the bed a few inches. It seemed that my limbs were removed and shifted around in a clockwise fashion. Arm to where leg was, leg to where arms were and then retrned to original position. Just to let everyone know, I completely relaxed and it did not hurt in the least. It was not scary this time. So when it is your turn, just relax into it. Guest guest
Sarita, Can you explain what this is? I get all kinds of funky feelings when I lay down to go to bed, sometimes a sense of being propelled forward and backward, or a sense of falling, or slipping away from where my body actually is. Guest guest
That sounds like the hypnagogic state to me. Google hypnagogia or hypnagogic state and you will find lots of info. Guest guest
'Scuse me for butting in, but this sounds more like the beginning of an OBE to me, Amanda...are you in the hypnogogic state when this happens? Guest guest
Yes that is my feeling as well Claudia. The OBE process can stimulate the K process though so there may be a connection that is developing with in Amanda for the Kundalini expression.- -c , Claudia Lambright <newtfoodbowl wrote: > > 'Scuse me for butting in, but this sounds more like the beginning of an OBE to me, Amanda...are you in the hypnogogic state when this happens? > >
Guest guest
Actually, I can start to feel these things from just shutting my eyes and laying down and relaxing a little but. I will see a white circle and it gets bigger and smaller which makes it look like I am shooting in and out of a tunnel or something. aS FAR as the falling or tripping feeling, I am usually half asleep about to start dreaming, yet I can still feel myself in bed. Ill be about to trip over something and then realize I am in bed. I figured it was excess energy getting itself out because I thought this happened to most people but I really dont know for sure. Guest guest
Hi, Yesterday, i had a wonderful expereince. Yesterday afternoon, i had nursed a headache, i excused myself from the office, and headed home. At home, I slept for a while, got up in the evening. After evening hot coffee (and the final pages of 'Angels and Demons'), i felt like hitting the bed again, i felt the headache hit again. The headache was severe at my right jugular. I felt a throb. I slept for a while, couldnt sleep. I became aware of the throb, and went in to observe it. I could feel the throb (like heart beat) starting from my heart and extending to my neck (right side) and moving. The throb felt like a breathing (chakra breathing). I stopped the breathing. I felt another canal inside the nadi open up, and started breathing again. I in turn stopped the nadi breathing. Another nadi inside opened. Then all of a sudden, my heart chakra burst, and started throbbing like crazy. It was a overwhelming experience. Then the throb slowly moved up into my crown ( my crown is activated already). The throb started moving, finding new paths in the head, working its way into the inside caverns of my head. When i got up from the bed, i was very exuberant, had a good evening. In the night, the throb started again. this time, the throb moved up. I involuntarily started pumping. Evertime i pumped K up, the nadi in the right side of the neck swelled, and my ajna started opening up like never before. I started seeing white light. Then the white light turned into amazing hues and i started seeing things clearly with my eyes shut and in darkness (i was awake in the whole process). The colors are only comparable to devine. None of the hues are from earth (remember Jodie Foster's expereince in Contact when she meets her father). Once my ajna got super active, I felt K raising automatically, She came all the way upto Heart. She has more things to do before she moved up. Now, my nose started feeling itchy, i felt all the nadi's in my nose realign, and created a clear path upto ajna. Then, it was ears' turn. My ears started feeling warm, and some realignment happened. Then the process returnted to my throat chakra. i felt extremely warm on both my tonsils, and vishuddi started throbbing. By this time, crown was hyperactive, and the pump had begun. from head to toe, i started vibrating and throbbing, and all the chakras sang in unison. The symphony was so beautiful. I saw a car, a peron got out of the car with a dagger stained in blood. I think he came close to a person standing against a wall. I recognised the person to be me. The guy from the car wanted to kill me. I obliged, surrendered, and asked myself to be killed and liberated. The guy put knife into me, i felt no pain. i welcomed the experience. I remember multiple stabs, and i succumbed. I was a child again (a boy of 5-6 years i think),being walked out, with both hands held by two guys. walking away from me.I knew the boy was me. i wanted to see the boy's face. The boy turned. I will never forget the boy's face. The three disappeared. I felt at peace, and after surrender, i felt everything vanish into nothing, and i felt complete for a moment. I was nothing and everything. I slowly drifted into sleep. But i knew that the next morning would be a very different one. Like the child reborn.
