Hello all,

The energy of Kundalini has six distinct phases of

temperature sensation that will typically present in an individuals

experience. That I am aware of, others may know of more:

heat

cold

roving heat

roving cold

radiating heat

inverse radiating cold

The first is the heat. Though the energy will seem at times non-

physical and

of an ephemeral quality, at other times it will be felt as extremely

hot, HOT!

In all the physical manifestations of heat. In the spine in the

head, the hands and

feet, kidneys, adrenals, reproductive organs, and other selected

places upon and

in the body. These will at times, experience a tremendous increase

of heat and a heat

that is not always communicable to a thermometer, yet is at other

times. A Kundalini thing. At times a pulsing will be felt as if a

pump has been activated typically at the base of the spine but not

always. People are different and the

symptoms will range. These are the beginning stages of what it means

to understand the multiple aspects of physical reality and how it is

interpenetrated into the other dimensions.

To control the heat a few actions can be employed. Drink lots of

water, keep

your self hydrated and avoid the actions of substances that will rob

you of

hydration ie coffee, smoking, alcohol, hot spicy foods, diuretics

etc. All of the

time keep these substances clear of the body. Especially as you feel

a heat spike occurring. I have felt them all over

my body and sometimes I just radiate heat constantly, (most of the

time now). My

friends know that I will always fog up the side of the car I sit on

now and

adjust the defrost accordingly. They see me in cold weather sweating

at times

and wonder at my imperviousness to chill. A double edged sword to be

sure.

Another action is the activation of the lunar channels of the body.

Lunar is

cooling and the solar is heating in this regard. When the body is

being

overheated, plug the right nostril and breathe solely through the

left nostril,

until the body cools.

Another way is the use of the Apana energy. This is ICY cold and can

be as

deleterious as the heat so caution is required. This energy is

associated with

the nature of expelling, or that of descending. I have activated this

accidentally and found it to have tremendous cooling actions. The

problem is

knowing how to turn it off. Solar energy will go up, Apana will go

down. This is

considered an aspect of Prana in some of the Yoga journals. It is

cooling in its effect.

I breathe it from the top of the head to the bottom of the spine,

some folks

will do this under a moon feeling the lunar energies flowing into

their system.

Others like me will just activate it with the breath or intention.

It can also be brought up the front of the body. Tongue up or not.

I was playing around, while driving one afternoon about 7 years ago,

with

pulling energy up the front of the spine, kind of in line with some

of Gopi

Krishna's work. Not knowing what I was doing and Wham! The icy

energy began to

expand and climb up the front of my torso. It scared me in its

intensity and I

swore off experimentation while driving for some time after that

experience.

It is COLD, COLD, COLD, like the veins are being pumped with a fluid

that will

freeze far below the freezing point of water. I intended it back

down, which

isn't the same as willing it, and it did indeed subside. This is

very strong so

be careful! If you try this and it gets stuck in the " on " position

breathe

through your right nostril with the left one plugged and think/feel

the energy

back into its normal positioning. Be careful and don't panic. Not to

be done

while driving.

Roving heat and roving cold are manifestations of these temperature

variations occurring in isolated areas of the body. They are not as

prone to controls and can be uncomfortable for a time. Some of the

methods mentioned above can be beneficial for site specific

temperature variations. So try them all and see how you respond.

Radiating heat is an aspect of actual energetic radiation extending

out from your physical presence and into the environment. This is

what can blow out street lamps and interfere with the electronics of

the house, car, and office.

There are typically no physical controls for this. One must

communicate to the intelligence of the Kundalini for a diminution of

these phenomena. But be advised - these areas must express. They

must be given the freedom to do so and so your request of the

Kundalini may be denied for a time. This phenomenon has peaks and

valleys in its expression and from this standpoint some measure of

refinement and balance can be attained.

Inverse radiating cold. This is an aspect where the coldest of the

Shakti expression will manifest and it will radiate inversely into

and through out the body. There is no control for this typically and

there is no need to feel as if one is freezing even though from a

sensation point of reference it may " feel " this way.

To some degree many who come to this point need to go into these

areas with a mature attitude of surrender. These are not symptoms

being inflicted upon the person to cause discomfort or an illness to

cause pain. These are needed changes with in all of the human

structures of expression for the approach of the " divine in

physical. " These changes must be made for the even stronger

frequency of energy that will be experienced as the individual

begins to walk into the divine. So this surrender is needed and to

be practiced as diligently as any of the other protocols of safety

inside the Kundalini process.

This is one of the reasons for the Kundalini to express at all.

These actions on the human constitute the greatest evolutionary leap

that a mere mortal can endeavor to experience and truly opens the

doorways of an ascension experience to be given should that be part

of the path to be walked. -

TY chrism, this comes at a most opportune time as I have been working

on the cooling down part. The part about driving while doing this

procedure was hilarious, I could really visualize that moment. ROFL.

Only because I have done things like that myself, you know there

should be a warning label like on prescription medicine. " Do no

operate machinery while taking kundalini, may have diverse effects! "

I can identify with your radiating of tummo, at work they think it a

bit strange or either on drugs when I work with the door open and a

fan going in the midst of winter. I use to attribute this to having a

normal body temperature at the bottom edge of normal about 96.8. I

have noticed or have observed that when I have a flare or burn off of

excess k-energy that the body temp doesn't really go up that much, is

this normal. I'm relating this `flares or burn off' much like sunspots

on the sun, which are electromagnetic storms. For some reason I have

noticed a synchronicity between sunspots and tummo. Not that we are

directly linked to the solar cycle but that humans have a cycling of

storms much like the sun, sort of, maybe, no really sure. What do you

think?
