Headache

Chrism I continue to have headaches and I am not sure if they are " K "

related. The reason is because the headaches keep shifting from one

side of my head to the other like sinuses. The pressure and all. The

thing is it stays local to either the direct center of my forehead

(6th) chakra area or my left temple or left eye or my right eye. I

have had a headache every day for quite sometime and this is where it

always seems to be! The pressure still remains in my ears shifting

back and forth between the two or will be balanced and in both.

Usually when this happens my throat has pressure in it, it hurts but

is a different hurt and I feel this is " K " . I can feel like a popping

directly behind the back of my nose and brows. I feel it might be " K "

so I would like to know if I am supposed to be doing something to

move it other than surrender to it. I am also still getting the

lumps/knots in the base of my neck which to me is an shear indication

that it is " K " . I use my thumbs in the corner of my eyes, and fingers

on forehead and temples and shake it vigorously. The pressure builds

in my ears when I do it, but the pressure in my head lightens, and

popping/crackling increases. Do I need to intend it to move, do the

compression prayer which I haven't since you told me to hold off for

a little while, jump up and down (just joking)? Or just leave it

alone and it will go away whenever?

Love,

Katherine
