So yes shake vigorously while standing on a pie plate but with out

denting it. Juggle four roses and at the same time gargle with some

pure mescal tequila but dont swallow - the one with the worm in it.

After that go swimming but dont get wet. See if that doesnt help.

 

Seriously though, it is K related and as it continues to infuse so

will the sensations continue to be trnsient or moving through out your

skull. It isnt an overnight process and you have come into this

quickly. How is the smoking? -

I am off to the store to get a pie plate and I just might swim to the store

through the mud puddles without getting wet or I might try the ocean, won't get

muddy then! Giggles! As for the tequila, can it be the one without the worm as

the worm looks pretty tasty and I might just want to eat it! Shakti might not

like though, it's not beef! Hee, hee! I let you know how it all goes! Smiles!

 

Okay, on a serious note the smoking is going well! I don't smoke as often,

keeping busy which helps ward off the desires! Haven't quite yet though! I know

that it isn't overnight and yes it has been sort of quick hasn't it! It is just

sometimes depending on the placement of the pressure it can get pretty severe

and it actually at times messes with my vision, is this normal, I am sure it is

right? The symptoms seem to increase the more I delve into my services and work

on the non-profit! Shakti actually gets excited and seems to be helping me in

reference to the non-profit, I can't explain it, but I know it is her! Hee, hee!

It is exciting that she is here to help me! Anyway, I am hanging in there and I

talk to Shakti and I thank her for her presences and I surrender to her. I just

wanted to make sure I wasn't forgetting to do something as I am at points

sometimes where I feel like my brain is scattered! I feel drunken as if I really

have had some

tequila! For the most part everything is pleasant and exciting, though the

headaches at times are intense. Thanks Chris and I will just hang in and

continue my path and surrender to " K " . This is my path I have chosen so I will

have to take the uncomfortable with the pleasure of it all. By the way, Shakti

is playing around in my neck as I type this! Hee, hee! Oh, yeah! I forgot to

tell you! Shakti bite the top of my foot while I was out walking! Man can she

bite! Ouch! I had to lean down and rub furiously because it burned and hurt and

then traveled up my foot! She is a mess, but I love her!
