I hope this Friday finds you in good spirit. Quick question for

you...since Tuesday I have had something swimming in my back around

the solar plexis. I have been thinking it was something from working

in the yard last weekend. But all the other related aches and pains

from that are gone and this remains. At the same time I am getting

that feeling during Shaktipat of electricity running up my back and

causing goosebumps. I noticed during Shaktipat that I had pain in

this area when I did my Chaktra breathing and meditation during

Shaktipat...that seems to have cleared. Am I over thinking that this

could be something K related?

 

I am also very excited about the seminar. It sounds like a great

opportunity for us all to grow together! I am really looking forward

to it and did manage to talk the trip leader for the High School trip

I am helping to chaparone to wait until the 25th of March so I can

attend.
