Guest guest
I awoke in the night to find myself in a very unusual position in bed! I was on my back with my knees bent and pulled up to my chest...somehow I had gotten into that position during the night and fallen asleep that way. My ankles were crossed, which must have helped to maintain the position, because when the body falls asleep, it would have been natural for the legs to unfold and come to rest flat on the bed. This is a good position for stretching the back when I have a lower back ache, but I did not have a backache. Is it possible that I had kriyas in the night unbenownst to me...again? It's like sleep walking because I'm unaware I'm doing it. Thanks, Love, Claudia Building a website is a piece of cake. Small Business gives you all the tools to get online. Guest guest
Yes Claudia a good possibility. Much of the activity during sleep will not be readily accessed by the conscious mind. -
