Guest guest
That is really cool Claud! I have been doing some necessary arch stretches in my sleep as well as multiple leg stretches while sleeping! My husband said last night that I was sitting up in bed doing something and then laid down toward the end of the bed. He said I must have been hot, but this morning when he was on his way to work I was freezing and had to get another blanket to put over me! Unusual, but exciting! A part of the process! I have begun to learn not to question things, especially the small things! They are exciting though! I am happy to be able to share in these with you! Love, Kat Claudia <newtfoodbowl Monday, October 15, 2007 11:40:28 AM kriyas in my sleep?--Chrism I awoke in the night to find myself in a very unusual position in bed! I was on my back with my knees bent and pulled up to my chest...somehow I had gotten into that position during the night and fallen asleep that way. My ankles were crossed, which must have helped to maintain the position, because when the body falls asleep, it would have been natural for the legs to unfold and come to rest flat on the bed. This is a good position for stretching the back when I have a lower back ache, but I did not have a backache. Is it possible that I had kriyas in the night unbenownst to me...again? It's like sleep walking because I'm unaware I'm doing it. Thanks, Love, Claudia ------------ --------- --------- --- Building a website is a piece of cake.
