Guest guest
Hello Prasad - I am currently reading a book called HOW TO FORGIVE WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW HOW. It addresses anger in the very beginning, saying that is an emotion just like all other emotions and can actually be useful. When it block us from forgiving, it becomes harmful. We need to release the emotional charge of the situation and choose to live in peace rather than harbor anger as it is only destructive to ourselves, not the perpetrator. I hope that elps somewhat and I know I am dealing with similar issues - it is not easy. Guest guest
Aerobic exercise Prasad. When you feel angry begin to run or do some kind of exercise that will use up the energy you use for being angry. Keep at it until your calm returns. Works every time! - blessings Prasad - chrism
Guest guest
Melissa and Prasad, I have many people that I have had to forgive. At a certain point, I realized that they were just giving to me what was given to them. Just passing it on. Sad, really ... But, this world is full of pain. That understanding helped me to - sincerely - forgive. Love and Blessings! Guest guest
I am really liking this book that I got. I feel better just reading it and have not even gotten to the recommended exercises yet. I will post more as I progress through it.
