HI.

Doing some kind of exercise is good.

going to the park too, to realease the stress breathe deep and go outdoors.

if you are at work, change of the room, go to another. and breathe deep to

relax yourself.

Hi.

 

I'm that I don't have enough time to visit this forum more often, I

just needed to hear something like this. Anger and stress are problem

for me, and they're often unreasonable.
