Guest guest
Okay!!!! I refuse to call you the ANGRY FAIRY!!!!! You are tooo tooo funny, can't wait to meet you in person and hugga hugga and have some more laughs! I do agree with you about the sugar in the diet. I take sugar minimally, I do like honey, but in moderation. I have noticed that my darling angelic boys tend to be edgy and irritable when they have consumed higher doses of sugar than normal. This is what really gets me....Christmas comes...aisle and aisle of Christmas candy, February...Valentines candy...March, April, May,,,,Easter Candy... Kids going back to school...fill their lunches with " Back to School Candy for Sale " Holloween...well you get my drift. Oh lest not forget...go to the movies...spend two hours sucking down as many bags of candy one can take. Sad, Sad, Sad!! Take away the sugar, feed them Love and watch the world be a nicer place! Too much sugar in the diet leads to aggression, often just addressing your diet and seeing how to make it more alkaline can help alot. You may want to do a fast, or drink a lot of green juices, cut out coffee , cut out dairy, white rice etc. Whenever I'm feeling fearful or angry I look at my diet first and foremost. Fasting is a great way to get rid of pent up emotions. Love and alkalinity Elektra Lite x x x (a new name ha ha ) ________ Answers - Got a question? Someone out there knows the answer.
