This is why, among other reasons, that the men and women of other times would leave the house when the kids were able to take care of themselves. They would then pursue the Kundalini. It is not so simple in these times here in the West. By West I mean the culture of our technological society. We must balance our responsibilities and still prepare ourselves to make the journey. Being an apprentice is simply exposing yourself to a deeper understanding of the Kundalini. Not walking on water. lol There is a secret about surrendering that I cannot give away. You must discern it for your selves. I can say that it is a matter of trust. Not in me but in yourself. So as Dhyana indicated, so wisely, as she so often does. " Do not force yourself to be where you are not. " Kundalini is the first gate. Open that gate first and your answers will come on a tidal flow of knowing. Eamonn you have a flow started so you must practice and nourish this flow as you would a precious flower. Yes the Shaktipat will be supportive and I do recommend it but " You have a flow going " This is what brought you the sensations and phenomena of the Autumnal Equinox Shaktipat. Grow this flow my friend and let it mature. We can build as you are comfortable to build. Not in sensation as much as in surrender to your personal divinity. I do not wish to sound so New Age.
