Guest guest
Chrism and everyone, THANK YOU so much for understanding. And I do practice the safeties. Thank you. Chrism: Much of the Kundalini can be difficult if not allowed to channel into areas of Joy and Knowledge, Love and Surrender. It wasn't pleasant for me at first and what should have taken a year or two took almost six or seven years to work through but not after much damage was incurred. I am lucky to be living. Chrism, I really think my Kundalini energy has already risen, at least somewhat if that is possible? I had the hyperthyroid and unfortunately, the radioactive iodine. My thyroid does still work some tho. I also have lost my bladder to cancer. (I'm okay now) So where my bladder was there is a 'home made bladder', made of intestine. Really quite remarkable, but my worry is (fear) that seeing as how my body is messed up in one way, how was the energy affected by all this? I mean a doctor was actually right there where the soul is said to reside, mucking around in his uneducated way with my energy field. I very much appreciate what he did, cause most people have to wear a bag after all that, but I worry about what I have done in my ignorance, to this energy I have been given. He also removed a bunch of things, uterus yada yada, lymph nodes, etc. I have also been, 2 years ago, through 5 years of the most negative energy chaotic, abusive, insane relationship anyone could possibly imagine. It did serve, all of it, to get me to here, where I truly believe I belong. So I guess what I am asking is, did I screw it up too bad? Do I need shaktipat? Also, I do yoga almost every day, and a lot of the poses, maybe all the poses-I would have to look more closely-in the 5 Tibetan Rites, are in my yoga practice. Will that suffice? Uh oh my laziness is showing! I am actually very busy READING instead of Meditating. Ha! Sorry, was it Don? Dan? It was a fabulous post about meditaion, so true. Thank you all so much, and thank you so much for being understanding and compassionate. Namaste, Carol
Guest guest
Dear Carol, Sure sounds like you have been thru the ringers! It's crazy how so much chaos can lead to inner peace and enlightenment eventually. I wonder if it's always been that way or if it's more a sign of our times we live in. I think it's amazing that you have come thru it all still shining brightly. I'm glad you found us , we are blessed by your presence and experience. My friend had bladder removel and " The Bag " , unfortunately he just died, he didn't make it (God bless his soul), thats quite a feat that you survived and also still do yoga!!! I'm truly in awe of your strength. Hugs and support, Elektra x x x _________ Want ideas for reducing your carbon footprint?
