Guest guest
Since my background is mainly formed by traditional yoga (patanjali) i keep feeling (or thinking) the releasing energy has to be guided upward to the highest chacra. In my case, this is a trial/error situation.I found out, thats it is possible as long as it is done like a invitation.First i forced the energy, and this is certainly not something i will repeat. Most manifestations are regarded as not worthwhile ans as distracting side effects. This is my own way of approach also, since what is experienced is very tempting(trying to repeat interesthing phenomina or powers) At the moment, sometimes, it s like my body and mind are used ,and kundalini is meditating itself. So what is your opinion on navigating in this way ps reply if you find the time, otherwise i will read something later kind regards kris
Guest guest
I think you answered it yourself, Kris...listen to your K! You are right that forcing the energy, whether out of curiosity or trying to duplicate a phenomenon, is a mistake that will be communicated to you immediately and forcefully, LOL! 'doing it as an invitation'....that seems right to me...communicating respectfully with your K. I'd continue in that manner, IMHO. Guest guest
Hi! Trying duplicating a phenomenon is always tempting, but I personally never succeeded in that, and often I feel that I'm forcing Kundalini. I feel it's not right. It's different, every time. Sometimes I feel like I have to surrender to it and let it rule me. It's not right when I'm trying to rule it, this way nothing works. I can feel that I get tough. Patanjali yoga sutras does not mention Kundalini or Chakras. Here the attainment of " Moksha " or liberation is attained through the eight fold path of Yama, Niyama, Dhyana, Samadhi etc. One who attains " Moksha " becomes " Enlightened " . In India " Moksha " is the aim of the Sadhaka - Enlightenment is only a bye product. I guess, the westerner is more interested in Enlightenment. ..
