Guest guest
These are all excellent responses and shows a level of understanding that you have gained through your experience, but what about those who do not know or understand. What if it is the thyroid that is putting out lab results that would otherwise indicate an illness. What do they do then? Do they stop taking a med. if they learn about the K? Or do they continue the med possibly blocking the Kundalini? What would you do in this scenario? - c
Guest guest
Coming into something new like the K, it would take time for me to understand and trust that it is a reality, and can affect the body in ways that cannot be medically corrected. I would probably continue the medication until I understood more and felt secure in a decision to change course. , " chrism " <> wrote: > > These are all excellent responses and shows a level of understanding > that you have gained through your experience, but what about those who > do not know or understand. Guest guest
If I was diagnosed with a thyroid problem prior to learning about " K " I would probably take the medications prescribed. If I later learned that I was " K " activated and this might be a result of that experience I would probably first find out from the doc's what the results of my not taking the medications would be (some meds you have to wean yourself from) while at the same time meditate on it, talk with God and Shakti to guide me on the situation, and surrender to it. If I received a strong feeling of it being " K " related I would quit the medications for a time to see what happened and I would continue to surrender. I would also seek alternative methods of taking care of the problem. I don't care for medications to begin with and so I personally would call on God for help and understanding of the problem. I have done it before and He took care of me, so I would do it again. If the symptoms showed up after my knowledge of " K " , I would probably contact the list to find out if my symptoms could be " K " related and if they were then I would what while surrendering to God and to Shakti. Guest guest
Pranams chrism....... In case of mine....i have been very new to the K-world......im just keeping my first step...in this case i absolutely cannot completely go for stopping my medication.....but still i have a belief that the K might help me..... How would the medication stop/block K...... why would K be dependent on medication......im taking a medication only to help my organs behave in a mormal way.... so y should this block the K... would it mean that the change is actually being done for the progress of K and by taking the medication im actually stepping back by stopping the required changes??? thanks and regards Prasad
Guest guest
I would meditate on it and feel what I thought was best, which would probably result in me seeking alternative methods of healing (even though I probably don't need healing if it's just K up to her work!) Perhaps a food or vitamin could help? Shakti would tell me what to do I'm sure. Medicines are a big NO NO for me though. Naturel is the way I like to go. Just relax and breathe. Pray. Guest guest
I take the medicine and than expect the result (healing) from God, at the very same time. Medicine is just a tool to heal me by the God. Its effectiveness depends on God's will. I understand that there is no choice I have to prefer. Probably, illnesses have special aims to show me something or to take my attention to something. So, if I take the lesson by seeing the matters at hand, my illness would disappear. If you have spiritual concept in your mind (such as Kundalini), it would be very easy and you would simply see the cause for the effect. Otherwise you cannot see something you don't know. Guest guest
In all honesty, this is a very difficult question for me because as an Internist, I have always tended to look at labs first; not the ideal approach, but just being honest here. That is why I wish there was a way to integrate these kinds of teachings and knowledge with mainstream medicine. I do not believe they have to be mutually exclusive of one another and can work together for the benefit of the person. I do not know how to discern if symptoms are k related or thyroid for a patient. I suppose this is where someone is going to have to be in tune with their body and everyone on this list at least sould be familiar with k symptoms. Guest guest
I was diagnosed with a low thyroid problem about 8 to 10 years ago. I took the meds for a while, but after several months I began to experience rapid heart beats from it. Keep reducing the amount and eventually had to stop taking the medicene. Since then I have used an alternative..7-KETO for that. Is it alright to take that with K or should I stop taking it? I have gone through periods of time where I don't take it. Back when I was first diagnosed with that I stayed cold all the time with way below normal body temperatures. Even now I cannot go for long without socks on my feet. I get chilled to the bone without them on. So if I get to hot with K now all I have to do really is take my socks off for a while. Hehe! But I like the heat...going so long suffering from feeling so cold, the hot feel wonderful to me. Guest guest
Anytime I wake up with a sore throat I take a dose of Colloidal Silver..works everytime. Not the store bought kind though. I bought a silver kit form the following person for $40 several years ago and make my own and for friends and family and even our pets. http://www.waynegreen.com/ I hope that is alright to take with K? It is a natural infection killer. I use tea tree oil on skin infections. Apple cider vinegar on burns and skin itchings. I use a natural homeopatic psoriaflora cream on spots on my skin that crack and become very sore. Since I was also diagnosed as being borderline diabetic type II, instead of taking the dangerous diabetic pill the doctor wanted me to put me on, (the side effects sounded so much worse than being borderline diabetic)... I instead take cinnamon pills which support sugar metabolism. That's about it for me. Guest guest
If a health issue comes up to folks who don't know or understand Kundalini they most likely seek conventional health care treatments. There are many people " out there " right now who are in this situation and they are medically treated for symptoms that could clearly be Kundalini related. If individuals who don't know or understand Kundalini and are experiencing thyroid issues I believe these folks should seek medical advice to be sure their situation is not life threatening. On the other hand, if these individuals have learned in the course of their thyroid experience that Kundalini could be the culprit I would advice them to use other means of treatment (alternatives) and allow the Kundalini take it's course. I would personally do as the above " poor " folks. But that's just crazy me, Love Becky chrism <> wrote: These are all excellent responses and shows a level of understanding that you have gained through your experience, but what about those who do not know or understand. Guest guest
Dear Linda - Type 2 diabetes mellitus is 100% treatable and curable through diet and exercise and even mainstream medicine knows this. Guest guest
I would first pray and surrender. Then I would post to my K family, and compare notes. I would not want to take a medication, if I've felt 'normal' just because they tell me I need it. I would rather choose to let God and mother Shakti heal me as they see fit..or leave me be if it is only a sign of K. My main resource would be my K family, to ease my wonders, by comparing 'K symptomatic' notes with me. I would pray for guidance, if unsure whether 'K' is working in me. I would also be thinking of my throat chakra, and be thinking that I shall meditate on its healing, in case something is blocked. Guest guest
I have never liked going to the doctor. Most of the time they tell you something you already know...like take it easy, get some rest, put some ice on it, etc. I have learned over time to trust that my body will heal itself. So I wait and see what will happen. I pray to God to heal me quickly if I am in pain. It is only when I know that I have a broken bone or a really bad cut that needed stitches that I go to through the mainstream of doctors. Nothing against them, they have their purpose. But the body seems to know what to do and with time and a little atttention it takes care of itself. I do not like to take medicines either! I do take vitamins daily because I am active and they seem to help when I don't eat right because I am on the go. But with the discover of the K, I will trust my body more and be more in tune with what is going on. So mother Shakti and God will guide me...but a broken foot needs someone to set it correctly and a bad bleeding wound needs stitches. As it has been said, two feet in heaven and two on earth! But I will always chose the K to guide me and trust in my body first. Love to you all! Scott
