Guest guest
My replies below: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Posted by: " chrism " Back pain (lower) can often be a sign of the emerging Kundalini. If you do not have a precondition and you have been practicing, then you can pretty much determine that your practice is bearing fruit - especially if it is a burning type sensation or a feeling of expansion that is exerting pressure inside out. Movement of the tailbone as well as flows of an energy the travels to various areas in the body causing tingles can come in tandem with this activity. Keep going. Lots of water and watermelon. Roots and protein. Eyes up, tongue up, fingers locked. Keep up the balancing and keep us apprised - •AMANDA: I often have unexplainable lower back pain, and sometimes it isn't pain, per se, but like a pressure down there expanding outward like the whole area is going to explode, but it isn't painful really. Does that makes sense? Any idea what that could be?• Chrism, I was nitpicking and I apologise. We need some light here. I am very grateful for EVERYONE here. I want to stay and I want us all to be at peace and full of love. And now that you mention it, I do like Black Cherry best! Kool- Aid all around! •AMANDA: This wouldn't be " magic " kool-aid, would it? Hehe• Posted by: " chrism " Point well taken Amandala. Sometimes there are flare ups. Cant guarauntee it wont happen again but it is generally a place of peace here for the exact reasons you have given. Sorry for my part in any of your confusion about this. - •AMANDA: No worries, Chrism. No hard feelings or anything like that. I know it is the nature of these groups to butt heads everyone once in a while. I am no saint when it comes that that, either! Haha!•
