Pranams chrism....

 

Sugar intake is getting reduced slowly.....sir also told me not to

take sugar......so i have been indeed avoding drinking coffee/badam

milk also.... sugar intake in food also is reduced very much......i

dint eat 10% of my usual intake of sweets for navratri.....overall...i

can say 80% of sugar cut.......now im having lots of cold and im very

tired...so im taking in some glucose intake to give me energy to

work...is that fine.......

Prasad,

 

Glad to hear that your sugar intake has reduced. You will find

imbalances for some time, till you settle down.

 

Meanwhile, drink lots of water. Supplement your sugar balance with

intake of fruits/honey. Eat Watermelon, musambi, oranges. Eat Dates

if you must. Try to understand the source of your tiredness.

 

You will be doing better in a week. Dont overdo. Reduce sugar

slowly, letting your body adjust to the change.

pranams sir....

 

thanks so much for all the inputs.....i would surely follow the

same......i feel im already non addicted to sugar....so it would not

create any problems for sure.....and regarding juice ..i take water

melon and apple everyday....so i shall add other fruits also from

today......thanks so much again for all the guidelines......
