Guest guest
I feel that this dream is related to what is happening inside right now. My inability to let go of the old to make changes and let go of attachments. Sarita I was in my grandmother's old house (the house my mom grew up in and so did I for a good part). I was in the basement and for some reason I was supposed to burn the house down. I had flames coming out of my fingertips and I set something on fire, but it went out. I tried again but couldn't muster up the power for some reason. I tried a third time and the flames started coming out but I stopped before full combustion started. I looked around and saw there were clothes hanging in the basement that I wanted. I gathered them up and brought them upstairs to a bedroom and saw a bunch of other things I wanted. Then I thought to myself " This is my grandma's house! There are so many memories here! How can I just burn it down? How can I let go? I woke up before making a final decision. Guest guest
Chrism, What I " feel " is not clear as my understanding has to come from the practice. I did yoga for many years which brought about my K activation and then stopped as it was too further activating. My yoga practice was very disciplined, structured. Now, I get a sense that I once again am drawn to do some yogic type practice that is moved from inside to create greater flexibility in the spine. And my sense is to do some of the animal poses with an organic quality. will work with this and see what comes. any thoughts? Of course, I'll maintain the dancing as that is also an important physical practice. Love and blessings to you and my k family, Jan , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Hello Jan, > Try to " feel " what was given rather than mentally remember the dream instructions. Ask yourself the question of " how did you feel when it was given " and this may bring about a deeper remembrance. Nice to be back online and spending time once again with our Kundalini family! - Blessings to you and us all! >
