I had a visit from my black dog today. I said, " Oh there you are,

devour me if you like. " He just sat there with a friendly look with

his tongue hung out and panting. He just sat there. LOL! What's the

deal with that?

I don't know Linda... I've had a black puppy and kitten, a black

horse, and most recently a black rabbit, and still can't quite figure

out what's going on with me!?! love & light ~Jen~

Hi Linda,

Welcome to the dismemberment clan.... hehehe...(YOU ARE COMING OUT

of the 'FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN').

I can visualise and understand how you must be feeling now !!!

(remember the three-headed large black dog in the Harry Potter and

Sorcerer's Stone?) To look forward to being consumed, i consider is

the greatest act of courage :D

Great way to go Linda. I have just been there last month, and i

loved every moment of the surrender experience. Lalitha bless you.

Love and blessings, keshav

Yes, I have seen the three headed dog in Harry Potter and also in a

scifi movie once... Cerberus is his name. That is not what I was

visualizing. Is that the dog that dismembered you? Thanks for the

warning. I would rather it be little green men or my friendly black

dog. LOL! I guess you don't get to choose.

BTW...Isn't Lalitha the " Old Hag " ? What does it mean being blessed

by Lalitha? Is that another Hindu God?

I will just have to stand on faith that the one Lord God I serve does

not put more on one than what they able to can handle.

Cerebrus was just a reference. :) . No. that's not the dog that

appeared to consume me. My DOG was uni-headed, large, with large red

eyes. It spoke, and said 'I m death, your time has come, and i would

take you away'.

Lalitha is mother supreme. You could read about Lalitha on NET :)

Blessings, keshava

All those Gods and Goddesses are very confusing to me. I thought

Shakti was the mother Goddess. I will have to look Lalitha up and see

what is said. Thanks keshava, and I am glad you did not get devoured

by Cerberus.

I take it since you are still here with us you did not go through a

death as we know physical death, but more a transformation. :)

Through my chritain faith I feel I have already put to death the old

sin self and have been made into a new being in Christ. I know for

sure I have been changed from the person I once was. But as the new

being I continue to grow spiritually. One could say I changed from

being a mortal being into an immortal one. The way I see devourment

or dismembement is similar to christian baptism...like going through

the proccess of the ritual, it makes it more real in a since...the

putting to death of the old self.

I don't understand all the processes of kundalini, but it seems

strange to me to have to go through the death ritual a second time

since I have already done that. Actually, I have been through the

christian baptism by water twice. The first little church I belong to

only did the sprinkling of water on the head and my desire was to be

totally immerged, so when the oppertunity was presented, I was

baptized with water the secong time in a very cold N. Dakota river.

It was very accelerating.

That is the christian ritual of putting to death the old nature. I

was baptized by the fire of the Holy Spirit before I was ever

baptized with water. It happened out of order with me, but I still

felt a need to do the water baptism anyways. The way I see it, one

does not recieve the Baptism by fire, until the old sin self has been

completely surrendered. There is still the ongoing daily surrendering

even after the fact, though, even moment to moment as choses are

presented to be made.

If it takes dismemberment to recieved the fulliness of Kundalini,

then I do surrendred willingly to that and gladly, even if it means

being devoured by Cerberous. That is, only as long as the full

awakening of the kundalini is the Lord God's will for me in the first

place. Being that all this path began spontaneous with me, it seems

that is where God is taking me, but I must admit, I have had a little

nagging thought for some time. That thought is: What if this

kundalini is what caused the fall of mankind in the first place? I

know I don't understand all the symbols and such. But them I thought,

it could and would be one's downfall if it was raised prematurely,

before one was spiritual mature enough to recieve it properly.

I had the symbol of the Ouroboros to show up in a dream/vision this

morning. I know what the symbol represents, but was wondering why it

would show up in a vision. What is the purpose of it showing up in

ones vision/dream?
