Guest guest
Hello Becky and it is nice to know someone else who has experienced it. As for the surrendering I do frequently! Most of the time it feels fine except when I start reading certain literature or listening to spiritual/classical music and then it becomes so intense and the same as reading most posts, but not all. My question is do I continue with the every day reading and music or back off for a few days, that sort of stuff! I surrender every day, all through the day whether I am experiencing something or not, that is a part of my day, my practice, my safeties. I do appreciate the opinion though. It was very sweet and very thoughtful! Did yours increase in intensity during certain activities you engaged in? Thanks sis! The traveling energy, back irritations, neck irritations, the head heaviness. Sometimes I check the mirror because I feel like my head is swollen, 'course the mirror tells me otherwise. The cool wind is very very pleasant, I tend to change my breathing pattern to breathe in this " wind " , it feels cool and pure. I feel this " wind " every single day, specially when I am meditating, or reading. My mensing has changed since June. I do not experience any disconforts at all, in fact I forget I am even mensing until I feel the flow. No complains here...excespt, like Melissa, I hafta have my (86% Cacao) chocolate, which is really no complains at all. Reward for me and Shakti? These sensations comes and goes and eventually has turned to a gentle, sweet, wonderful, Loving massage sensation. Like kind hands are ever so gently rubbing my spine up and down, it is very very pleasant. So, in my experience, all you are saying is very K related. It's uncomfortable if I don't surrender. Yesterday I was experiencing upper back discomforts, I asked the Blessed Mother to ease it and she did as I was surrendering to Her Will and not mine. My little advice? It's surrender to Her Will, allow her to do what she needs to do and just be an observer. That works for me, I tend to " detach " myself from my body and observe from a different perspective what my body is experiencing and smile knowing something wonderful is in the making. Guest guest
Dearest Katherine - I don't tend to make much of it anymore, I used to be real annal about every little twitch, now I just let it go, I go with the flow. Have you had a ball like mass travel from one side of your torso to another? It actually feels like a real ball zig zagging. I just layed there, and observed, looked at it with humor.....Go, Shakti, Go......I am so over my fears, it's quite funny. (Hopefully nothing real real real real extreme happens to where you'll hear my scream all the way from here, lol) I think the last bizarre thing I experienced was when I was in meditation and my crown opened up and felt like it transformed itself into a big huge vacuum cleaner. It felt like it began to suck up my entire insides of my body into the crown, it was extremely intense. I kept on thinking " Sorry Shakti, nope, doesn't matter how small I am, I am just not going to fit my entire insides into my crown, it ain't gonna happen, go ahead try it " ...so I surrendered, happily. If you ever experience this DON'T freak out. No big deal, it's bizarre but nothing really to worry about. Your body most likely stiffen, feel like you are paralyzed while Shakti is having a ball so I just surrender to her whims. After it passed I tried to stand up and whoa! I was like a staggering drunk. If it happens again I think I'll lay there until my body calms down and regains it's " normalcy " , lol. (BTW? what is normal?) I have noticed when I am reading or listening to enjoyable or spiritual things Kundalini steps right in and gives me a subtle reminder of it's presence. If I find I am too absorbed into one thing I go and do something else, take a break. My motto, moderation and just listen to what the K is telling you, and the biggy is Surrender, with a capital S. It's a different language I am just learning, it's easier than German. Guest guest
Hello Becky that is what is going on right now and has been for a while, but last night was the most intense experience yet! I experienced what felt like Shakti coming through my heart to my chest! It felt great at first, but then there was pressure that set in! When I have felt it I just talk to her to let her know that I can feel her and thank her for allowing me the experience. It doesn't scare me and hasn't really, just needed a little confirmation from Chrism that it was Shakti just to be on the safe side. I haven't had my crown open yet! I am sure it is an experience though! All in due time when God thinks I am ready! My progress is in his hands not mine! He is in control! I surrendered to Him a long time ago! Smiles! Your experience sounds so wonderful and blissful! I am so excited to hear about it and look forward to the day I am experiencing my crown opening! I am really excited for my own progress as I am everyone else, I just don't want to over stimulate Shakti if I shouldn't! You know what I mean? Thank you so much for you advise, I have started doing that earlier tonight! Great minds think alike, right! Hee, hee! Like I said I am so happy for you and can't wait until we can meet! Thank you for your help and for sharing your experiences with me! I am especially happy to hear that you have already been where I am so I can post and you can relate your experiences with me if you have had them already! That is really GREAT! You and Val!
