Hey Becky and Val,

 

Indeed as you say it is exciting! I also pray before meditating, I say the

Lord's Prayer. I pray before I do anything and I ask God to be with me and carry

me to the highest that He sees fit and to protect me! It comforts me to know

that He will be there with me and for me! I talk to Shakti and ask her to be

with me and protect me as she infuses me to what she sees is necessary for me. I

guess this is why I have come as far as I have in a relatively short period of

time. I am moving along without to much of a problem, but that is not to say

that I won't have some rough periods because I know they too are necessary for

learning. I am looking forward in whatever is instore for me and I know that it

will be because it is needed. It is comforting to know that I have you and Val

and and the group to walk along and pass on advice when needed as I look

forward in doing as teacher one day. I used to look for phenomena, but now I am

where I can say that

if I don't have anything going on I know she is still there, when they come

they come, when they stop they stop. It is in the plan for me to go at a pace

that is unique for my growth. I do enjoy feeling her presence though and

sometimes I do ask Shakti to let me feel her presence and she usually does! I

look forward in walking the path with all of you!

Dearest Katherine and Valerie -

I am, indeed, also very excited about both of your experiences. I have noticed,

though, that if I encounter something that I truly enjoy I wanna have that again

and again and again. But! Kundalini is not like a short order cook, place a

desired order and voila, you get what you want. I place no attachments to the

experiences, tho I Love the energy up my body. When I go and meditate I pray

first and say " My Divine Mother, your Will, not mine " . What ever Kundalini

desires to dish up, I eat it up.

 

I did, yesterday, asked The Blessed Mother to step it up another notch if She

thought I could handle it......WOW, she actually zapped me good. That outa teach

me something.
