Guest guest
My Dearest Dhyana - That was beautiful! You know how I feel about the Blessed Mother! I going to print it in pretty paper and frame it and put it in near by, so I can read it often! Lots of tender Love for you Dhyana and hug too! " In Shakti's womb we rest " ....these are really awesome words......LOL(Lots of Love) to u.....At one of the shakti peethas Shringeri in our country we decorate the idol of goddess in different forms and worship her during the navaratri ......one of the forms is " Jagathprasuthika " ... " Jagath " ...world or creation " Prasutika " ...One who has delivered it... So goddess is seen as the mother of the whole universe who has just then delivered it as a mother would deliver a baby...... thanks for these wonderful words that made me remember mother again........ thanks and regards Prasad , " novalees " <Novalees wrote: > > Mother > > In Shakti's womb we rest > Connected to Her Life Force > As it moves and grows us > The New Creation > You must be born again > We hear and wonder > She holds us close > As we grow into what She knows > Surrendering to our Birth > > Love, dhyana >
Guest guest
Durga is also called " Anantha Koti Brahmanda Jananee " - Mother who gave birth to an infinite number of universes !! Also Lalitha sahasranama starts with " Sree Matha " - meaning Sacred Mother - " Here her act of Creation is indicated. 'Yasmat Bhuthani Jayanthi' - From whom all creatures are born (Taitharya Upanishad - 3 - 2). Regards Venugopal prasadkrn <prasadkrn wrote: pranams.....Novalees....
