Every time I get the urge I say to myself, " I surrender Shakti, thank you for this experience! I love you! " A lot of times it intensifies it! LOL! I still haven't had an experience like you had when you accidentally did the breathing wrong though! Hee, hee! I felt like I needed to be scraped off the ceiling a little while ago though! Shakti keeps wanting my attention and I keep giving it to her! She is thirsty for work on me today! I tell you! It is fantastic! Thank you for sharing these days with me Becky!
