Bhavin,

Thank you so much for the information! Like Sarita my knowledge was rudimentary!

I would also like to welcome you to this wonderful group of loving people! There

is so much love here that you may often suffer from blissful emotions because of

it! Anyway, welcome and thank you!

Love,

Katherine

Re: Question on Finger Locks

Scott,

I've just joined and your question caught my attention, so I thought that I

would give a very brief initial response.

The finger locks are called Mudras (sometimes specifically referred to as

Hand Mudras, since there are also Full Body Mudras). For me, these Mudras

have been ocurring automagically for many years as part of my Kundalini

Shakti development process. Mudra means seal or symbol. Mudras help to

channel and seal energy circuits.

When the Mudras occur Naturally, Spontaneously, and Automagically the best

advice (from my Yoga Grand Master) is to keep them while the various

processes complete their functions. That is, don't break the Mudras since

they will dissolve when their function is complete.

You can also request the Kundalini Shakti to localise activities to time

periods where you are alone, and to be subdued when in public. It is an

intelligent energy - you only have to ask.

Bhavin.

PS. Apologies to everyone for not having first introduced myself. The

introduction will be coming soon.
