Pain/Pressure

I was driving home from work the other night and all of a sudden, I felt this

gripping pain and pressure around my lower hips. I have felt this pain before

and it was when my Kundalini broke free and rose last summer.

The source of the pressure pain came from the first chakra near the genitals. It

was a deep source that expanded its pressure in all directions, like a belt but

expanding outward. I remember saying 'whoa' and turned off the radio as it

lasted for about 10 seconds. I surrendered to the pain, although it wasn't

unbearable. I allowed and welcomed it and mentally offered it to move upward. It

has not happened since.

So, it was an interestng ride home

It's weird how the mother likes to do things while

folks are driving.

what is that all about?

She likes to go for a little journey in the driving

seat?

I'm always ready, actually not always. But I'll accept what comes.

I am very tired these past days, I feel like I am fighting off a virus.
