It resonates, cause my grandmother raised several of her grandchildren for part of their lives, myself included. My Mom was only a child (18) when she had me, and my Grandma was my Mom for quite some time. I love her dearly, I know she still watches over me. She taught me to cook, to sew, and to be very strong. I am probably somewhere around the age she was when she was taking care of my three cousins. Her strength and endurance amaze me! And I just love her so much! Thank you for your beautiful poem!
