Question about pressure

Hello All

I was wondering if any here has had a similar experience as I had

today . I look for info on the internet but didn't seem to find any .

I was doing my daily safety practices when I had an enormous amount of

pressure build in my head . I decided to stop my meditation a little

early because of this . I stood up and stretched to my side . At that

time my right ear started draining fluid . It was about 1 teaspoon of

warm fluid that kinda remind me of when you get water in your after

swimming .

I didn't get no ear ache or any other pain after this but I am not

sure if it was from the extreme pressure or just a coincidence .

Blessings to All

Hi Chris,

I have felt pressure in my head, but I never had any fluid come out of

my ears before. It might be a coincidence: some energetic pressure

plus an inner ear infection. I would check with a doctor just in case.

Don't mention the K, though ;-)

Hi Chris! I'm not sure about the fluid from the ear, but pressure

build up in the head is familiar to me. Discontinue the " eyes up "

position if you feel headache or pressure in the head. Are you doing

any selfless service for others? That always helps smooth out the

flow.

Thanks for the reply everyone . I try and help others when possible I

installed new counter tops at my mothers home a few days ago but I'm

sure I could do so much more .

That was really the second time that fluid drain from my ears . A few

nights ago I had a massive energy rush in my sleep and I put a post

here about it . I was convulsing with energy and after I calm down to

turn over and get some sleep I notice my ear started to drain fluid also .

Thanks for reminding me about lowering my eyes when meditating I will

do that and see how everything goes .
