Guest guest
Hello Beloved Group, I've been having some activity these past few days. It started out with an intense " pinched nerve " feeling in my right hip. It was so bad that I had asked the Healing Group for help. This morning it was totally gone, but I woke up with a terrible headache. First response was tongue up! And it eased it a lot. I also noticed that every time I took a step I could feel my spine being jarred, like I could feel every bone being crushed together. It was strange. I went to work anyway, but had to leave because of the intensity of the headache. It felt like my skull was going to split open. And my bones are aching, lol! I don't dare cough because something might break. It feels like there is a boulder on my chest along with my spine feeling very fragile. So I'm home where I can surrender to Shakti without distraction. Hopefully its Her and not the flu! I'm running a mild temp, and I'm cold. Exciting times!? I hope so... Thanks for listening. Love, dhyana
Guest guest
Hi dhyana I went through similar headache's as you before I found this wonderful list . I do believe you are correct in just surrendering all that pressure and build up in your headache to Shakti . I have had alot pressure in my head lately but following Chrism's safety's I haven't had another headache yet . Hope you feel well soon. Blessing's to you Chris_H

Guest guest
Hello all, thank you so much for your encouragement. I just woke up from nap. It feels like my heart is beating in my head. Keeping the tongue up does lessen the headache. I'm feeling a lot of pressure around my pelvis, radiating down my thighs...like when its time to deliver a baby for all you mothers. lol. I'm taking it easy. Its best when I don't move. So I'm completely surrendering and loving my Mother for loving and helping me. I think I'll go back to sleep now for a while. Guest guest
Good things happening Dhyana! Maybe try not doing the eyes up when you have the headache as that can increase the pressure. has also recommended not doing the alternate nostril breathing when I have a headache. Super duper! Just surrender and you will be fine. Sarita , " novalees " <Novalees wrote: > > Hello Beloved Group, > > I've been having some activity these past few days. Guest guest
Sounds similar to when I had pain going down both legs. When that happened my hubby gave me a rub down with Bengay. I know that Chrism recommends massages with organic olive oil to be rinsed off with Vodka. Feel better Dhyana! If you just surrender to it, I'm sure it will go much smoother. Guest guest
Dear Dhyana, Hope you feel some relief from the pressure. Glad to hear that Shakti is afoot. A good excuse to take it easy and spend some time alone with the divine instead of going to work :-)) Hugs and love Elektra x x x _________ Want ideas for reducing your carbon footprint? Guest guest
Hello Dhyana, This should be temporary. Stay hydrated and back of of the K generative aspects of the practice. Observe your intuitive nature for clues about what aspect of the practice you need to adjust (if any). Not always is a headache or pain an indicator of something being wrong. Often it can be understood as a stretching of your system as more of a flow is being established. Let me know if this is still an issue by the time you get this note and further steps can be taken. -
