I thought I broke a rib (no reason for it), then it went away after about an hour. Last night my left side of my chest hurt with some heart palpitations, now I feel great today. I try to 'HU' in chant and that brings my body to a better vibrational level. Perhaps try this for a few minutes and see what happens.
