Into the woodshed - lol! Begin your practice daily. Do the Tibetans

but start slow with only six reps then gradually increase. Do your

forgivenesses and write them out and follow the directions as

described in the safeties.

 

Do your gratitudes and do not feel that you bneed to cover

everything and everyone, those issues that need to be balanced will

come to the surface. Work on those. It isnt a one time fix. Needs to

be done daily.

 

Practice your meditation let me know if you have a technique and

follow the breathing exercises in the safeties. Feel free to sign up

for the Shaktipat in December as this will help you get some air

beneath your wings. Sign up for the Scatterfield as well. Go into

the Photo sections for this and add your pic. -
