Guest guest
be getting ready to be tested for my beliefs and have to go through what Christ Jesus and his followers suffered. Today at church I felt the over whelming desire, a nudge by God, to stand up to give testimony, to let everyone know that I am filled with the Holy Spirit. I did just that and asked the people to remember in celebration my dad tomorrow and as I started, I declared my being filled with the Holy Spirit. Well I have say from the response of some; they don't believe one can be fully filled with the Holy Spirit. It was as if they were going " yeah, okay, whatever you say! " I also shared with a couple of people that I feel the closest to, my dream of Jesus Christ and two out of the three were had to force themselves to say that is great, once again it was as if to say " yeah, okay, whatever you say! " If someone asked me how I was my response was " I am great, I am filled with the Holy Spirit! " and yes, you guessed it the same response. It is as if they can preach it, but they believe it can't happen, at least in our time. I also brought up John of God to a friend of mine who is from the Catholic service and she said she had never heard of him before that he must be one of those self proclaimed people and that she would have to talk with her Father to see if he knows of him. She said that that is why she has one, to answer questions about these types of things. I am ready for whatever path I have to walk and I won't let others steer me differently! I will standup for what I know is right, what I know the bible says, for what I know God wants us to know. It befuddles me how people can say they know the bible and they study the bible, but they don't know or believe that we can heal, that reincarnation exists, that WE CAN BE FILLED with the HOLY SPIRIT/KUNDALINI. I am coming to you and asking you to pray for me for strength, to pray for the people, not just in my church but all people and for all of us who are traveling this path and will serve others. I am ready for them! Love, Katherine

Guest guest
If anyone is ready for them Kat, it's you! This is all a test of your faith and determination. It sounds to me like they are envious of your experiences, perhaps they have never seen real evidence of God. That is very sad and we should sympathize with them. I know that you will rise above this and follow your path! Hugs! Guest guest
So true Dhyana, I have experienced that, too. That certainly can happen, as well. It can also, split a church in two. Some will go one way and some the other. LOL! It would be better to be kicked out a church group, than to suppress the Spirit's moving. JMHO. Sad to say, I have experienced that, too. " Sigh " Some decisions are hard to make. Linda , novalees <Novalees wrote: > > Or you may be asked to leave...or isolated because you > are considered " a danger to the group. Guest guest
Dear Katherine, sweet sister!!! I toohad a similar experience. My friend had a girl friend , she was the daughter of a vicar and would preach to me and all my friends about the bible etc. Bums on seats and all that!!!! Trying to get us to come to church. She was not a very loving or forgiving person. She was the poster child of how not to be spiritual, a total drug addict also!!! Then, after weeks of telling her my heretic views I had a vision and found Jesus and God. When I told her, I thought she would be over joyed. She just grunted at me something about the bible talking about this, it's called revelation, and she looked very disgruntled that I had found God outside of the church through revelation. One could say she looked pi**ed off about the whole thing. Silly me thought she would be praising God with me....LOL. She couldn't even look me in the eyes anymore. Well, there you have it, Christian love and friendship for you!!!! Of course we know that this is not real Christian friendship, any TRUE christian knows the true path of Jesus and are the most wonderful and loving people you could hope to meet. Guest guest
I like that saying Sarita, forgot it existed, thank you for reminding me of it! I will right it down as a daily reminder that one shouldn't become too comfortable. It reminds me, not long ago one of the sermons was on getting to comfortable in the church to the point of no longer learning or remembering why we attend church. Anyway, you always know what to say my friend! Thank you, Kat Sarita <sarita1969 Sunday, November 11, 2007 9:51:01 PM Re: I believe I might Maybe you are right where you are supposed to be Kat.
