Guest guest
Keep your tongue tip to the roof of your mouth right behind your upper front teeth. When you can meditate place your eyes up and slightly in towards the upper bridge of your nose in the middle so you may feel very slightly cross eyed. Join your forefinger tips to your thumb tips and let the remaining fingers spread out with out touching each other. Stay hydrated. Please give a synopsis of your symptoms here and try not to resist any of the symptoms or phenomena that may come. You are not alone and nothing is wrong. The human body is meant to have Kundalini surge through and upon it so no worries and let us know how you are going. -
Guest guest
Hi Nick - Welcome to the group! You went through a similar thing? Wow! How's your Kundalini doing now? I have noticed that once I began to practice the Safeties and surrendering I was happier and happier. The fears, which is the only draw back I have ever experienced, were disappearing. Now a days it's mostly blissful, I am happy, and very relaxed. Many times during meditation I begin to experience new and different ways Kundalini expresses in me, I just surrender and allow it to take it's course. So I go with the flow, not becoming obsessed with every little thing just Loving the process. Sometimes I find myself into my humorous side, which is pretty much all the times, and I say..Okay Shakti, here she goes again! She does tend to do some bizzare things so I guess she also has a sense of humor. Below is the Safeties, I recomend that you be diligent with them, they do work, they are a tremendous help, as simple as they are and really there's not much to them for the huge benefit they offer. http://f1.grp.fs.com/v1/kAo8RwnTRZInKhfnamPWiuflOOZcvUUBn2j3rieZpPiPNxTGd0A\ uz2TpFwfEis0bMJ0ZMm2h-ZLlNVFtKc4mA_vS-fy9DESeITlUgQ/SAFETIES.pdf I would Love to hear of your experience, I have my early experience in my journal that goes pretty much into details what happened to me as it was happening. If you are interested in reading it let me know and I'll send it your way, since we had similar experiences it might help you. Take care, Nick, nice meeting you and a hardy welcome to this group. Guest guest
Start with those around you in a way that still allows them the choice to refuse interaction. Choice is very important. If you can help at a homeless center or leave the Kundalini (which sticks to objects) with a healing intention on door knobs and elevator buttons and other fixtures shared by all of society do so. " For their highest Good " is an appropriate intention when doing this. If you can touch a person who is in pain, with the same intention, do that. Feel the energy flow out of your hands and into their body. See a persons picture in the newspaper who is in pain and as you see that pic let the Kundalini transport itself to that person via your intention(the same one) and know that they have recieved that blessings as Kundalini is not constrained to time or place. There are many options. - blessings Nick and shine on! - chrism
