Hi Joe -

I want to welcome you to the group. I have not seen any of your post, or

perhaps you have post something but I didn't get it. So Hello Joe! I am Becky,

kinda new to the group about 4 months in it, it's been a great place to begin my

journey. Actually my journey began in June when I was meditating and Kundalini

exploded in me sending me to this incredible journey. I had no idea what was

happening to me for I had never heard of such thing, I barely knew how to

meditate. As the days passed and waves of incredible energy continued to flood

my body, I became very scare of not knowing what was happening to me I went

searching the web and I found and this wonderful group.

I am blessed to experience a pain free, mostly blissful Kundalini. Of course,

as soon as I began communicating with he guided me to the Safeties. At

first I found them rather odd for what does this energy have to do with

practicing all that stuff. I did it anyways and it has paid off. The energies

became more stable, and I kept progressing. So there you have it Joe, in a

nutshell.

What's your experience with Kundalini? I am assuming you probably know much

more about it than I do. Would Love to hear your experiences.

Lots of Love,

Becky

Hi Becky:)

Thank you for your kind words!

About me I had my kundalini awakened about 20 years ago, from sahaja

yoga.I won't detail the actual practice since I am not here to convert

people, but to learn about various manifestations of the kundalini

from other systems/practices.

My idea is that is must be some common ground among them but sometimes

is so hard to classify the symptoms exactly..I also found out Chrism's

approach both valid and making sense from my point of view(about

safeties/distance transmission of shakti and other things)

Actually,he makes alot of sense combining elements of breathing with

concentration which will push the ki upwards.Combining that with

actual ,,transmission,, of shakti would work, according to my intuition.

I always find fascinating spontaneous kundalini experiences, since

these are quite rare and not very well documented or explained in

literature.

Otherwise my main blog is http://kriptodanny.blogspot.com/ which is

pretty much a collection of nice links to ponder about on one's

spiritual journey.

Good luck in your journey, and much love for you and Chrism:)

love,Joe
