Guest guest
Greetings, I would like to share something I've experienced recently. Several times when looking into the distance- my sight will lose depth of field, it's like I'm looking at a picture on the back of my glasses (several inches from my eyes), when this shift in perspective happens, I can feel space expand out from the back of my head. Hard to describe. Kind of a whoosh. It only lasts for a couple of seconds. Yesterday, while driving, I had a strong vibration in the same area of the back of the head (without the perspective shift) and almost pulled off the side of the road, but again, only lasted several seconds. I'm posting these experiences because I don't see anything on the site under symptoms about this. I'm not having any kind of spinal or tailbone vibrations, etc. Nothing on that order, just the back of the head. Wondering if any of the more experienced members of the group have had a similiar occurance. I'm practicing the safeties, tibetans, alternate nostril breathing, and started working a bit with the ascending breath practice mentioned several days ago. thanks for reading, stag
