Dear Joe,

You are a new member, arent you? You may want to check out the website

(www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com) and the archives here in the group to find

Chrism's discussion of the Compression Prayer, which is contained in the

Safeties, BTW. I do believe that I am correct in my understanding of the

exercise. If not, I will look to to correct me.

breathing)

There is NO such thing as Compression Prayer,be

advised,dear..pranayama is a thousands of years old

practice...not,,compression nonsense,,.

(secondary energy centers as opposed to the 7 primary energy centers

chakras inside the nostrils?..no,dear..you balance the channels, that;s

all..I garrantee you there are zero chakras inside the nostrils.

>t also balances the ida and pingala since you breathe in and out of

both nostrils the same number of times.

Again, you balance the ki in the channels using the ,,will,, to breath

on the nostrils. Please be advised that the whole process is ment to

acumulate ki ,and has ZERO kundalini in your nostril chakras(which is

an aberation,by the way).It will not raise kundalini, which works on

sushuma(middle channel).

So unless you have an extra middle nostril, you won't do it that way.

But you'll acumulate ki,since ki and consciosness are linked...

love,Joe
