Guest guest
Re: Anyone/Chrism - Nostrils and other nasal phenomena The nostrils are the terminus points for Ida and Pingala the two major " rivers " of the Kundalini in the body. There is a nadis at the end of them both inside the upper area of the nostril about an eighth of an inch inward. This can inflame or pulse or develop soreness or enlarge to a small degree causing discomfort. This is not to be concerned about just understood. If you are doing any of the breathing aspects of the practice decrease those for a time and that can bring a quick resolution to the discomfort. Also the nostrils on both sides can hyper flare and flutter. You can experience the widest nostrils ever and its all automatic and controlled by the Kundalini. No worries all is well, it is a natural part of the process. The sinus area and the nasal areas are part of a conduit of energy that connects at the top of the head in the crown. If you breathe consistently through the nose and are having a Kundalini or pre- Kundalini experience then you may feel the sensate expression of this conduit going up past the eyebrows and under the forehead into the crown. This is also natural and not to be concerned about. -
Guest guest
Dear Sarita and Chrism, In the Ida and Pingala which are the female and male currents running through the body ~ do you know if the alternate breathing exercises help in uniting these two currents and is that the objective in awakening Kundalini? Also, do you know how the root lock assists in awakening Kundalini and does it help to awaken Her? Kind regards...Angelina , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > Re: Anyone/Chrism - Nostrils and other nasal phenomena > > > The nostrils are the terminus points for Ida and Pingala the two > major " rivers " of the Kundalini in the body.
