Guest guest
I don't think you can shut it down. In fact, trying to repress it is not a good idea. I am not sure what difficulties you are experiencing, but practicing the safeties and leading an emotionally and physically balanced lifestyle is usually helpful. A good amount of physical exercise can do wonders, and so does a worldview based on joy and optimism. Guest guest
I wouldnt recommend trying to stop Kundalini dear Carol. Certainly not on the advice of another person spiritual inclined or not. Obviously this person doesnt have Kundalini so the advice is based in ignorance. God has granted you an expanded awareness via the Kundalini. We all have difficulties in our lives. We are all given that which we can grow and learn from. One doesnt destroy the pencil because the exam is too hard. Destroying the tool for taking the exam makes responding far more difficult. I suggest that you incorporate the Kundalini into a way of accentuating the joy and the love inside of your life. Not the easiest thing to do at times but well worth the energy. People who do not have the Kundalini are ill equipped to counsel one that has it on how to manage or treat it. It may well be far more damaging to try and resist or cut off this expression with in you Carol now that it has taken root. I stongly suggest that you try and flow with the Kundalini and learn and accept the changes that come with it. - my take - chrism
