Three OBEs

I have had a cold for a week which was very mild. For some reason it

got a lot worse last night and I can barely swallow. I spent a good

part of the day in bed sleeping.

 

I had a lot of strange dreams but the most interesting is that I had 3

OBEs. First I was semi awake and heard a bunch of people counting

down from 7 and when they got to 1 the vibrations started and I could

feel myself separate. I still seemed pretty stuck and sluggish and

didn't really get anywhere. Then it happened again with the group of

people counting down from 7, the vibrations and I was able to sit up

out of my body. The third time I was floating in the room and a huge

Mandala opened up in the middle of my ceiling. It was all pastel

colors and seemed to be made out of a liquid, although it didn't drip,

if that makes sense.

 

(No, I had no fever and was not hallucinating! Really!)

Hi Sarita,

 

My cold lasted for about a week. You know what really helped was

drinking honeyed ginger tea. That's really good for the throat. That's

all I have been drinking when I got sick. I'm sure it will help you a

lot. You can buy a box from an oriental grocery store or you can boil

your own and just add honey. Hope you and your family feels better soon.
