Guest guest
Dearest Angelina - When I meditate, I follow my breath, I clear my mind from all the chatter and as I am doing that my crown begins to open. I feel the gentleness of this opening when it settles I focus on the fontanel area where the openning is much more acute. So I follow my breath, tongue up, fingers locked, eyes up and just intentively focus on the point on my crown. Any thoughts or images that appear I don't make any attachments I just continue with my breath and point of focus. That's all I do, if any phenomena is experienced is not that I am striving for it, I surrender to Shakti by praying to her, something like this " Blessed Mother, I let it be your Divine Will and not mine " so I am actually not doing anything to bring up the lights or the sounds or the energy or the sensations or the vibrations or anything at all. All I do is surrender. Hope it helps, Love, Becky Never miss a thing. Make your homepage.
Guest guest
Dear Becky, Thank you and it sounds like a beautiful meditation and I will try it as well and surrender - how can you tell when your crown begins to open? Kind regards...Angelina , Becky Jean Rich <beckyjeanrich wrote: > > Dearest Angelina - > When I meditate, I follow my breath, I clear my mind from all the chatter and as I am doing that my crown begins to open. Guest guest
Oh Honey, you will definitely know, it's quite noticeable, you can't miss it. I recommend to just go with the flow and not expect anything, whatever comes it will come. Place no expectations for anything what so ever, while you meditate, for that's not really the purpose of meditation, just Be, in Oneness, allow yourself to feel yourself just being in stillness...nothing else is needed. When my crown chakra began to open the first time, it wasn't because it was something I sought after it just happened for me. What also happens to me, often times, is that when I stop searching for something I want, that's when the something I want finds me. Take care hon, lots of Love, Becky Never miss a thing. Thank you and that is very wise and good advice and I will follow it! I guess it finds us when we are ready and we don't look for it. Lots of love to you...Angelina , Becky Jean Rich <beckyjeanrich wrote: > > Oh Honey, you will definitely know, it's quite noticeable, you can't miss it.
