Just to let you know that when time permits I check out postings and note all the wonderful and interesting experiences and information. (Maybe repeating myself from pervious postings) - Several years ago I had a spontaneous " K " experience..and have experienced the " classic " " K " awakening symptoms that are outlined in the many posts here....including writing poetry, seeing lights, vibrations and so on... I was querying whether or not " K " could be shut down...I felt it couldn't...as it is an " evolutionary biological maturation " and was wondering what others felt. As for the drama....I experienced about five years following this awakening of severe and intense life experiences....which over the last few years have dissapated (Thank God) ...so I am not finding myself in any dramas at present...but have what I think is residual fear at a cellular level surfacing to heal (PTSS) periodically. I seek actively to watch and heal this...but sometimes I can't get out of my own way and seek the advice of another....in this case...a waste of my money and time....which I had concluded....that this gentleman had very limited knowledge of K and certainly he had no personal experience of an awakening or I feel his advice would have been different.
