Guest guest
SINGLE NOSTRIL BREATHING - If you get too hot place your thumb or finger over your right nostril and breathe through the left continuously and with medium force. This activates the Lunar channel (Ida) and will immediately cool your heat. If you get too cold cover your left nostril breath in a similar fashion and you will warm up. This activating your Solar channel (Pingala). There it is, right under our noses... Okay, so to recap... If you are too hot, breathe in through the left nostril, Cover the right. If you are too cold, breathe in through the right nostril, cover the left. In layman's terms, the left nostril is the cold tap, the right nostril is the hot tap. And the biggest review of all, reread the safeties if you haven't in a while... Once a month at least. And if you are just beginning, perhaps once a week. I will be a good boy and go read them again now. lol... lots of love, bradly
