Guest guest
I have been angry for the past 2-3 days. I'm talking ANGRY over the silliest things or over nothing at all. I have tried what usually works for me, but I can only restore peace for a short amount of time. I kept hoping it would pass, but it seems to be exacerbating. I feel it is starting to affect my daughter. She has had some horrid tantrums since this started. You have to understand, my daughter doesn't do tantrums, lol. This behavior is definately out of the ordinary for her as well. Any advice would be appreciated. Nothing has come to me, but I feel like maybe I am missing a lesson and that's why this is ongoing. Guest guest
Hi Sarita I am a beginner on Kundalini, however I was given a technique to release anger, it is really simple, just clench both fists and then flick out the fingers and thumb into the universe saying I release you anger. Repeat this at lease five times or more, yesterday I told someone to do it and they felt the anger leaving them, Ive tried it and I feel a decrease in the anger. lol nick --- Sarita <sarita1969 wrote: > I have been angry for the past 2-3 days.
