Sarita,

First of all as you know tongue up, eyes up to make sure you are balanced, but

most importantly if you can and I know it is probably cold outside, walk around

barefooted. This usually helps me tremendously, when all else fells go outside

and feel nature with you feet and hands. I hope this helps. I usually go to the

beach and dig my feet into the sand and walk in the waters edge, but if I don't

feel like it I do just the grass. Sorry you are feeling so angry my dear friend,

I hope you feel better soon.

Love,

Katherine

Hi Sarita,

Try to go with the flow and stay in the flow and think " surrender. "

Kind regards...Angelina
