Guest guest
This can be attributed to a building of energy as you do the safeties and the other exercises given. As this continues unless an outlet for service towards another or a series of movements to " move " the energy into a faster circulation this can come out in angry spurts. Try standing and with your arms to your sides and sweep the arms up over your head in a motion as if reaching for the sky. Move the energy up and out the top of the head. You can even circle them up then down and so forth. Do this at least 21 times. Inhale at the sides and expel the air forcefully as you sweep the arms up over the head. Plan to do something for another person. A stranger or someone only vaguely known to you. Anything that can move the energy of love for another person, not your own family or circle of friends, into a super imposition upon the energy of the K as it is moved upwards. This will infuse the heart and from that infusion tears may come. Let them flow and feel the beauty of the love as it is amplified by Kundalini. You may feel wracked with sobs but these are not sobs of sadness as you may be able to discern. These can be sobs of release and or sobs of joy as the body can only do this in response to a stagnant energy purge that this can bring about. - let me know how this goes for you if you try it. - blessings Sarita - chrism
Guest guest
Kundalini really amps the feelings. I can cry just looking outside, or feel a sudden rush of love or compassion. More often than before i remember to be grateful for whatever comes my way, and since then i am happier. I get the feeling that the path never stops but always get more " interesting or rewarding " . Wonder what's next. Guest guest
Thank you Chrism, I will try that next time. This time, I think it worked just the way it was supposed to though. I will let you know if any other issues come up and I will try that exercise. Guest guest
Yes Danny, it really does amp things up. This morning I went into the break room at work and saw a cake just like one my grandma used to make. It was her " thing " . Now she's been gone for 7 years, but this made me burst out crying. It made me miss her so much even though I know she is around me all the time. Sarita , " xrewindx " <samsond wrote: > > Kundalini really amps the feelings.
