Hi Laura,

 

Sorry to hear about your ongoing entity trouble. My entity issues are

nothing compared to yours, but, for what it's worth, this is my

strategy: I increase the Light and the level of energetic vibration.

Basically what you can do is to establish a close energetic connection

with your Higher Self, the Divine, or the Source--whatever you call

It. Visualize the connection, but also experience it with all of your

senses.

 

When I feel a negative presence, I visualize/sense my K as it shoots

up into the sky, creating a tall pillar of bright white light. This is

something that happened spontaneously once when I felt under attack

and asked for help. I guess it was some kind of teaching. I have been

reproducing the experience ever since, and it works like a charm. The

entities seem to vanish when I do this--I don't know if they find it

disagreeable, or if they get healed by the energy: their problem,

really! The best part is that the energy is absolutely exhilarating.
