Guest guest
Hello everyone, I have had no direct experience of Oneness or psychic experiences at all, but I have been reading that we have stored karma accrued from many lifetimes that causes us to manifest what we don't want in this life. I was thinking that I should try healing sessions from spiritual healers on the internet - karmic clearance, aura clearing, vortex healing etc. I was thinking that might help with the flow of kundalini. But the thing is, I have tried several healers now, and I don't feel any different after any of the healings. In addition, none of what the healers say agrees with each other - One says my aura is all stitched up, then the next one says it is full of holes, for example. One says I am an ancient soul with 870 earth lifetimes, and the next says I have had 244 lifetimes on earth. One healer claimed she has totally cleared my karma, then the next one said I was full of karmic issues. All of this has made me very skeptical. I don't know who or what to believe. I don't know if spirituality is real, or if it is just illusion. I have read that all psychic experiences are the result of entities and dark forces leading genuine seekers astray. I have been drawn to the new age because all of my adult life I have felt like I had a higher or deeper purpose that I was somehow disconnected from. I have also experienced the same negative experiences over and over again in this lifetime, as if I was somehow manifesting this in spite of my intentions and actions. Is there anyone here that can reassure me that spirituality is indeed real, that there is indeed a way of living a life of love and joy, that we are in control of our reality etc, because I am in some doubt about this at the moment. Why should I surrender and come to acceptance if there is no higher self? thanks for reading, ChrisOz p.s I apologize if this is inappropriate for the forum. Guest guest
Hi ChrisOz, No I don't think what you have asked about is inappropriate. My humble opinion about most internet psychic and healers and TV, preachers are they are there for the money and could care less if they acctually helped you or not. They will tell you anything if it helps them make a buck. If they charge for these services, I would be vary aware and use your God given discernment. Your being very skeptical because of these is a good thing and a example that you are already being guided by your God self. The answers to your spiritualily lie within in you. Learn to go within to your own God source for the answer your seek. By the way, the services offered here are totally free, a service based on love. I would say, start with the safeties here and see if you own god self will reveal that higher self to you in a real way. You cannot get this from outside yourself, but from only seeking within. The safeties would be a good place to start. Guest guest
I am no authority on spirituality, but I will throw a few thoughts out there. I believe that Karma reaches over our lifetimes, but that it is positive as well as negative in it's effects. If we lived a life filled with selfless service last time around, we may have built up a great deal of positive Karma. Why the focus on things we don't want to manifest coming up? If you perceive a negative event repeating over and over in this life, imho it is because there is a lesson that you need to learn and you have not discerned what it is yet. IMHO the voice you need to listen to is the little one inside you. Go within and ask what lessons there are to learn. Once you have mastered it, it will not repeat anymore. teaches us to learn to rely on ourselves. If a spiritualist/psychic is leading you to rely on them, then they have personal gain in mind whether or not they ask for money. On this group, you will learn to develop and rely on your inner guidance. I would suggest that you start faithfully following the Safeties and, if you feel up to it, participate in the Shaktipat in December. Give it a chance and see what happens for you. You sound like you are frustrated and with good reason, but I think you are right on the threshold of a new way of experiencing things. I look forward to watching your growth and wish you much luck! Guest guest
Hello ChrisOz, Perhaps it is time to look inward for your own personal answers to these questions. Others will say what they say and whether it is real for you or not will depend upon the parameters of acceptance you decide for yourself. I.E. What is real for you is up to you. I personally feel that it doesn't matter how your aura looks or how many life times you have experienced. Doesn't matter if you don't feel symptoms or if you are blown away by symptoms. What matters is how you choose to make your reality accessible to your discernment. Symptoms can speed that process especially Kundalini symptoms but even then you can dilute or deny anything that happens to you. So go with in and ask your questions to that person behind your eyes. Adopt the safeties and experiment with what occurs through those practices. Or not. Do not depend on anyone else to define your experience for you. You do it and trust that you are doing it right. If it turns out you need to adjust your experience or practice then this will become apparent to you. You are the master of your experience. Yes we your fellow travelers have experience and some of this experience can be shared. We can help one another and learn from each other. This is good and true. But for the answers to how you process your experience? Well this must come from with in. imho. It is your process. Kundalini will often follow certain expressions that are similar and yet experienced in a unique way by all those who surrender to the awakening. Nothing to loose and everything is to be gained by this surrender so it is at least worth a try. You lose nothing. Surrender in this instance is a release of controls by the ego mind. Ego will always be there to come back to if your expectations or experiences do not live up to your feelings. Even so this surrender is yours to gauge and use. It can be a tool for discernment of the experiences that await you. You may take the Shaktipat but if you fail to practice the safeties including the surrender you may short circuit your results. So know this and allow these parameters to guide your activity with regards to the Shaktipat. What ever you do my friend your presence and contributions are gratefully read and enjoyed so keep up the correspondence and let us know how you go! -
Guest guest
Dear Chris, I think the lesson here is not to go to healers willy nilly over the internet. A lot of people are full of Sh*t, if you pardon my french. You are your own healer, nobody else can do the job that you can do for yourself. To much opinions from random people can be quite confusing. But, confusion can sometimes be good, it teaches you discernment. Trust yourself. Ask for your answers internally. This is where your spiritual truth lies. I have had a couple of very powerful spiritual experiences and both came from within. Asking questions inwards, praying, meditating. Kundalini is reality, when I feel my head buzzing like there's an electric eel inside it , I know it is real. When I feel tremendous love and bliss within my heart I know God is real. Try not to listen to phsychics or healers. Do your kundalini practise and become a light unto yourself. Love and clarity Elektra x x x _________ Want ideas for reducing your carbon footprint? Guest guest
Hello ChrisOz I was just reading the posts over the last couple of days, I only have internet connection occasionally due to weather and local conditions, and thought I would share some of my own experience. In recent months my crown chakra opened completely revealing what was thought to be a corona. I have since learned that this corona ia actually known as the pillar of light. It is the direct connection to ones higher self. Thru this pillar of light flows a golden white light ( an all encompassing love)that will cause discomfort if one does not fully surrender to it. It is one more step on the path of surrender. To become who we truly are we must surrender the ways of this world that we hold as real. We must open ourselves to new possibilities and above all, we must allow love to encompass our beings, this is the path of spirituality. I wish I had time to share more but I have to leave for work-more later. Love abd Light Bob
