Yes Kris it can be safely used. Though a more precise way of

communicating that would be Kundalini will safely use a person to

help another person. Remember how the ego needs to be restrained in

its quest for the control of outcomes. Remember the importance of

detachgment and the balance between doing something and doing

nothing.

 

Safety is in the intentions of the person giving and in the

permission of the person receiving. So if one can be available to a

surrender to the Kundalini and allow that greater consciousness to

move and intiate a healing then so much the better and the safer. -
