I have been interested in a Kundalini awakening for a while now. I have tried a CD by Kelly Howell (Awakening Kundalini) but I got very little out of it the first time I tried it, about 5 months earlier (listened to it for about a week). I'm giving another try, been listening to it every night for the last week but still nothing. I have been attuned to master level of Kundalini Reiki. I don't feel much, if anything, happening in regards to an awakening but I am happy to send energy to those in need. Anyway, that's the extent of my experience with Kundalini :-) Happy to be here!
