Too much Shakti?

Yes follow your intuition. Not your desire for Kundalini. As far as

having too much Shakti I feel it is important to have as much of a

conditioning of the five bodies of expression for the receiving of

the Kundalini, much as one would do in the preparation for a

physical endurance event.

Receiving Shaktipat from more than one teacher isn't advised as what

is brought to you by the teacher can also be of a nature that

requires you to be dependent upon them. Pick a teacher and if it is

good then work with them if not then release yourself from them and

them from you.

I ask you to consider that you be dependant upon yourself. I ask

you to condition yourself to receive as much as you can handle at

the time that you are receiving not more. There are some horror

stories about people being blown away by certain individuals and I

my self have burned some of my early students by gifting more than

they could process at the time.

So yes one can be awakened abruptly and without any guidance. This

has happened to many even inside of the ashram experience. Just

because someone was a student of a famous person doesn't classify

them as a good guide or teacher inside of the Kundalini.

So please be mindfull and safe. Wanting is very different from

having.

I created the safeties so that a person could strengthen and

condition themselves in preparation for the reception of a Shaktipat

that is given on the condition of their practice of them. No one has

been hurt since.

You do not have to be Hindu to have Kundalini or worship at the feet

of anyone but your own two feet - lol. You are the vessel of

God/Goddess and this is the best place to focus in my humble

opinion. If you follow the safeties with honesty and integrity your

Kundalini will rise - with or with out my Shaktipat. I want you to

be conditioned and ready as opposed to storming the gates of

heaven. - blessings chrism
