Macro Cosmic Orbit

Send a ball of energy with your intent from your pelvis or sphincter

(by flexing), up your

spine, over the top of your head, and down the face and front of

your body to connect with the base od your spine then repeat over

and over with increasing velocity.

AND

Micro Cosmic Orbit

The difference between the Macro and the Micro is the location of

the ball of light and the dynamic of the light.

For the Micro Cosmic Orbit one senses the inside of the spine and

with the use of the kegels or the lower ring muscles and your

intention bring the light up the spines interior, intend for the

chitrini channel even though you don't consciously know where it is.

Send the light up the spine, spin it clockwise, and reflect it or

bounce it off the interior of the forehead towards the back of the

interior head and then down back down the spine, A triangle path,

and do it all over again about 15 times to start. Spin the ball and

keep it spinning to the right as it climbs the spine.

These are advanced techniques but safe at this point. All who read

will not be harmed. Once again clear the emotional body

daily. It is not a one-time shot but over and over as this will

characterize and quicken your Kundalini. -

We should do them simultaneously? That sounds a lot like patting your

head while rubbing your belly...
