Yeah, the fire and dryness in the belly--I know what you mean... Just

yesterday I was reading in an ayurvedic manual that the K may worsen

pitta and vatha ailments. That's absolutely right! ;-)

at the beginning of the rising my symptoms were sweet, but I had

symptoms, like digestive problems, and the heat was very smooth, also

I felt pricks.The flowing of the energy I felt it with intensity,

sometimes it goes up and sometimes down, like honey, also a crowling

sensation, but more the " honey " coming down like a liquid.What I don't

understand is why this up and down of the energy, if it's supposed to

be always up. I understand that when it goes up is opening the circuit

and chackras, but when it goes down, I don't know the purpose.I think

that when the energy downflows it's a different sensation, maybe it

was making a cleanse. I have never felt the honey so thick and so

slowly flowing down.Thanks

Yep which reminds me to sit down and work out how to bring balance to the

system.

Mine can change overnight,i travel so much and cant always figure out if its

travel/ food.
